I recently finished a useful book on the benefits of positive interactions with others in your life:  Broadcasting Happiness The Science of Igniting and Sustaining Positive Change.

We’re all “broadcasting” our attitude to others, whether good or bad.  In this book, former newscaster and positive psychology advocate Michelle Gielan shares her ideas on how to be a positive force in the world that can lead to greater personal happiness.
